Valentine’s Day Seven Course Dinner

Indulge on a special seven-course menu for a blissfully romantic experience at The Jade Room + Garden Terrace on Valentine's day. Expertly crafted by Chef de Cuisine Richard McLellan in partnership with British Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens, discover an array of carefully selected Japanese produce throughout the meal. Begin with colorful beetroots and continue with Ise-Ebi lobster from Mie prefecture and served with a homemade pumpkin miso followed by Hinai-Jidori chicken from Akita prefecture. Finish your meal with a Miyagi strawberries dessert and return home with a box of homemade champagne chocolate bonbon to finish the evening.
